I cannot update modules, why?

The update issue comes from the ps_mbo module, also called "PrestaShop Marketplace in your Back Office". If this module is not up to date, updates will also be blocked.

Also, it is important to have the PrestaShop account module installed and connected to the PrestaShop account associated with your Business Care.

PrestaShop versions lower than 1.7.7 sometimes require reinstalling the module if the update does not work.
