I am using the newsletter form, but the emails are not being sent?

The OpartPlannedPopup module relies on the configuration of the "Newsletter block" module to send confirmation emails.

You must go to the "Newsletter Block" module configuration and enable the "Send a confirmation email after registration?" option.

Note: Even if Block newsletter is disabled, the OpartPlannedPopup module will still use its configuration to determine whether to send a confirmation/verification email.
