How to display product prices excluding VAT on the quote (or vice versa)?

The quote module respects the display rules corresponding to the customer group to which your customer belongs.

This means that if your customer belongs to a group for which price display is set to excluding VAT, the quote will be displayed excluding VAT.

And vice versa.
