I don't see all carriers, why?
The quote module loads carriers based on the parameters you specified for each carrier.
If, for example, carrier "A" only delivers baskets weighing less than 2kg and the total weight of the products you added to your quote exceeds this value, you will not see carrier "A" in the list of available carriers.
If a carrier is not offered even though it meets the parameters, check if in the payment -> preferences tab, the carrier is checked for payment via op'art devis.
