My quotes are disappearing, why?

Quotes use carts to function, so if you delete abandoned carts or if you have a module that cleans abandoned carts and if that cart is linked to a quote, then the quote will also be deleted.

Automatically delete abandoned carts

If you wish to continue deleting abandoned carts automatically, we recommend using the "Store Maintenance and Cleaning" module created by Mediacom87. It is very efficient and especially compatible with our quote module. It does not delete carts linked to a quote. This way you will keep a clean store without risking losing your quotes.

Manually delete abandoned carts

If you wish to manually delete your carts, you must first check in the database which carts are linked to a quote.

In the database, check the id_cart field in the opartdevis table. The numbers listed there correspond to the IDs of the carts that should not be deleted.
