To convert a shopping cart into a quotation, the module necessarily requires customer information (Email, address, name, etc.).
Therefore, to create a quotation using the products from your store directly, the customer must have an account and be logged in.
The simple request form
Customers who do not have an account (or are not logged in) can still request a quotation using the "simple" quotation request form.
They will not be able to add products directly from your catalog, but can detail their request via text.
You can then choose to create an account and a quotation for them directly from your store's administration panel.
