Carriers and/or the customer list do not load
If you see the message: "Your shop is not enable: Carrier and customer list will not be loaded", you must activate your store.
If your store is in maintenance mode, the module will not be able to load the carrier list.
- Go to "Preferences / Maintenance" on PrestaShop 1.6 and 1.5 or "Store Parameters / Maintenance" on PrestaShop 1.7
- Then set the "Enable Shop" field to "Yes".
